In ReadyAPI 3.59.0, we fixed the following issues reported by our customers:

Note

RIA-5xxx1 represents the Jira ticket number. It will help you track back the bugs resolved in version 3.59.0.

  • Fixed:

    • An issue where a renamed virt action in the source virtual service was not moved or copied to the target virtual service (RIA-23349).

    • An issue causing problems when the project encryption mode is set to Selected Properties. (RIA-24576)

    • An issue making an error message appear when trying to redeploy un updated virtual service. (RIA-23794)

    • An issue when moving or copying virtual services, if we have virtual services with long names, the Select Project button is not visible for other virtual services, but remains visible for the one with the long name. The Select Project button is now visible regardless of the virtual service name. (RIA-23830)

    • An issue with ReadyAPI not cloning the repository successfully using SSH in 3.56.0. (RIA-23433)

    • Disabling the push button when there are no commits to push to a remote git repo. This was only done in the git panel and is now extended to other areas: project top menu bar, project context menu in the nav tree. ReadyAPI now consistently disables all push buttons if there are no commits in the project to push. (RIA-23368)

    • An issue causing unresponsiveness or inconsistent behavior while toggling checkboxes in Git UI. (RIA-23832)

    • A bug in ReadyAPI 3.57.0 and 3.58.0 where users could not access the specific worksheet page unless they called it statically. ReadyAPI 3.56.0 allowed users using Excel files within their project and data source to use the property extension to call the specific worksheet page they wanted. The property expansion works again in 3.59.0 and pulls data from the correct worksheet page. (RIA-24716)

    • An issue that caused an error for SSL endpoints in Route to Live if the keystore was not configured. Added additional field validation in the connection setup window. (RIA-23766)

    • A problem that caused Route to Live options to reset after ReadyAPI was restarted. (RIA-23775)

    • The validation border color of the 'Keystore Location' field. It now remains red when the field contains invalid data, even after the mouse exits the text field. Previously, the border incorrectly reverted to grey on the hover exit before turning red again when no longer hovered. (RIA-24580)

    • The Launch Quick button not working on MacOS. (RIA-23767)

  • Changes:

    • Property expansion will no longer be applied to boolean, integer, floating values, and empty strings. In the future, this will be a configuration option. (RIA-23746)

    • Updating MQTT authorization credentials (username and password) now correctly validates changes. Previously, entering incorrect credentials after the initial successful authentication did not trigger a validation failure, allowing unauthorized access. (RIA-22860)

    • The TPS (Transactions Per Second) value in the performance runner logs and the PDF report summary now consistently display up to two decimal places. Previously, the report truncated the TPS value to an integer, causing a discrepancy. (RIA-24594)
