SmartBear Administration Release Notes - September 2025
This release includes new features and improvements to enhance your SmartBear ID, Admin, License Management, Organization, and Subscription experience.
New Enhancements and Features
The following are the new enhancements and features for the current release:
AWS Marketplace Integration
API Hub for AWS can now be purchased from AWS Marketplace. Users can now log in to the AWS marketplace using their AWS credentials. See, API Hub for AWS Purchase for more information.
Self-Service Org Deletion
A self-service delete organization feature allows you to delete organizations, perform restorative deletions, and provide a cancellation period to prevent accidental deletions.
Viewer and Editor Access
Improvements
When users access any SmartBear API Hub features through a trial link on the API Hub marketing page or editor.io, the trial flows are configured based on the user account status and existing organization details.
Bug Fixes
Here is a summary of the key bug fixes implemented in the current release:
Fixed the error in the Organization Settings screen. Pressing the Esc key navigates you to the previous screen, while the backspace key deletes characters. Clicking Enter save changes.
Issues fixed, where a new user email does not appear in the sign-up page after the invitation.
Resolved the issue where an incorrect error message appeared when removing two admins from an organization, if one of them is the last remaining admin.
Resolved the issue where access token was not refreshed before making requests to SmartBear Admin or Bugsnag, potentially causing authentication failures.
