SmartBear Admin sends email notifications to inform users and administrators about necessary subscriptions, billing, and account management, such as unsubscribing and managing emails.
The following are the types of Subscription and billing notifications:
Trial Notifications
Trial Notifications - During the trial period, users may receive nurture e-mails from our marketing team offering tips, tricks, access to support resources, and other materials intended to help ensure a successful trial of our tools.
User Invitation Notifications
Invitation to Join Organization - This email is sent to users when invited to join an organization. It includes a link for the user to accept the invitation and join the organization, ensuring that personal data is not shared without user consent.
Welcome Email - New users who register for the first time will receive a welcome email from our authentication system. The email contains initial login instructions and a link to set up their account.
User Roles in Email Notifications
Administrators - Administrators are the primary recipients of billing and payment-related notifications since they manage the organization's financial transactions.
Members - Members receive notifications regarding their access, such as subscription assignments, revocations, and cancellations.
Self-Service Subscription and Billing Notifications
Payment Success - An email is sent to administrators to confirm successful payment processing, ensuring the organization's good standing.
Renewal Notices - Members and administrators are notified during subscription renewals. Administrators manage billings for payment processing.
Subscription canceled - A notification with the cancellation and access end date is sent to the user.
Payment failure notifications - Immediate alerts to administrators for a quick resolution to avoid service disruptions.
