SmartBear has introduced new tools to improve customer experience when using and switching between SmartBear products.

  • SmartBear ID verifies user authentication via SSO, social log-in, or email address/password combination.

  • SmartBear Admin provides a unified environment for managing identities, organizations, subscriptions, online payments, and trials.

  • SmartBear License Management handles entitlements for certain on-premise products, allowing authenticated users to use the products for which they have ID-based license seats.
