Release Module Migration
In Zephyr Enterprise, projects consist of releases, and in QMetry, projects consist of releases and cycles.
Release Migration Approach
Releases migrate as follows:
All releases from Zephyr Enterprise migrate as releases to QMetry.
Any release marked as "Hidden" in Zephyr migrates as the "Archived Releases" to QMetry.
Zephyr Enterprise releases start and end dates are mapped to the corresponding release start and completion dates.
Note
QMetry does not allow multiple releases with the same project name. If duplicate release names exist in Zephyr Enterprise, they are migrated to QMetry with numerical IDs prefixed to ensure uniqueness.
