SmartBear Admin sends email notifications to inform users and administrators about necessary subscriptions, billing, and account management events. Notifications include updates on subscription renewals, cancellations, payments, subscription assignments, revocations, and marketing emails during trial periods.

Subscription and Billing Notifications
Renewal Notices - Sent to notify members and administrators when a subscription is about to renew. Administrators are responsible for managing billing and ensuring that payments are processed smoothly.
Subscription canceled - Notifying the user of cancellation and access end date. Helps with transition planning.
Payment Success - An email sent to administrators to confirm successful payment processing, ensuring the organization's good standing.
Payment failure notifications - Immediate alerts to administrators for a quick resolution to avoid service disruptions.
User Invitation Notifications
Invitation to Join Organization - This email is sent to users when invited to join an organization. It includes a link for the user to accept the invitation and join the organization, ensuring that personal data is not shared without user consent.
Welcome Email - New users who register for the first time will receive a welcome email from our authentication system. The email contains initial login instructions and a link to set up their account.
Trial Notifications
Trial Notifications -During the trial period, users may receive nurture e-mails from our marketing team that offer tips, tricks, access to support resources, and other materials that are intended to help ensure a successful trial of our tools.

Members - Members receive notifications regarding their access, such as subscription assignments, revocations, and cancellations.
