Zephyr Squad Cloud End-of-Support Policy

Zephyr Squad Cloud is introducing an end-of-support policy with release 7.3.1. There are several reasons for this, such as market demands, technology innovation, development-driven changes in the product, or the product has simply matured over time and has functionally richer technology. We recognize that end-of-support milestones often prompt companies to review the way in which this may impact their use of Zephyr Squad Cloud. This end-of-support policy helps customers better manage their end-of-support transition and allows them to plan out an upgrade process that will work for them for the future. We aim to release Zephyr Squad Cloud updates every 2 weeks and we urge our customers to carry out continuous updates, so they are always benefiting from the latest features, improvements in performance, and bug fixes.
