Zephyr Help Menu

The Help > Support option allows our users to easily create and submit a new support request. By clicking this option, you will be navigated to the SmartBear support portal where you can create a new support request if you are running into any issues or need assistance.

The Help > Improvement requests option navigates to the Ideas portal where you can vote on features to be implemented in future releases, create ideas for Zephyr Squad improvements and comment on the existing ones.

Zephyr welcomes feedback for our Zephyr Squad product and we believe the best way to grow and improve on the usability, functionality, and accessibility of our Zephyr Squad product is to listen to our customers and your ideas.

Our product feedback form provides you with the opportunity to share any and all ideas regarding new product features, user interface changes that you'd like to see, and any suggestions for our product moving forward.

To open the feedback form, click Feedback in the Helpmenu. In the form, you can rate our product and leave any comments or suggestions you may have:

Click Submit after you populate all the required fields.

Clicking on Documentation opens the online Zephyr Squad documentation where you will find information on various product features.

Clicking on Zephyr Status opens the status page where you can see the current status of Zephyr Squad and subscribe to updates on planned maintenance.
