It depends on many different things. In general, migrating a thousand of objects should take a few minutes, whereas very large migration with tens of thousands to millions of objects may take a few hours. A large number of attachments can make migration longer, depending on your server’s upload speed.
If you’re moving from Jira Server to the Cloud version of Zephyr Scale, it is worth considering the differences in features. We have created a handy comparison matrix where you can review these differences in detail.
Refer to the What data gets migrated section in our Cloud Migration Guide to learn what data can and cannot be migrated from on-prem versions of Zephyr Scale to Cloud. In general, we expect JCMA migrations to work correctly with up to 50 million entities per entity type.

This is currently not possible. Atlassian is working to provide Cloud-to-Cloud migration support for apps in 2022. Please see Atlassian’s public roadmap for more information on when Cloud-to-Cloud migration will be available and support app migration.
Zephyr Scale does not currently support linking data from different instances having either the same or different hosting types (Server/Data Center or Cloud).
The easiest way to clean up your cloud data is to create an XML backup from an empty Cloud site to re-import it if you need to clear the data of a partial migration.
