Use the Options dialog to configure AQTime panels, profilers and other services. To call the dialog, select Options > Options from AQTime’s main menu.To call the dialog, right-click any panel node in the Solution Explorer and choose properties from the context menu.To call the dialog, select AQTime > Options from the main menu of Embarcadero RAD Studio.

All options are organized into several categories:

Category	Description
General	Contains settings that are used to configure certain aspects of the AQTime user interface’s behavior and appearance. Within the category all options are organized into the following groups: General Preferences - This group holds options that affect the profiling process and specify how to work with recently used projects. See General Preferences Dialog. Ignore Files and Routines - This group holds the list of files and routines to be excluded from profiling in any AQTime project. See Ignore Files and Routines Dialog. Search Directory - This group holds the list of folders where AQTime should look for the source files for profiled applications. See Search Directory Dialog. Show Again Flags - This group holds options that specify whether to display definite warnings, dialogs and panels. See Show Again Flags Dialog. User Interface - This group holds options that allow you to configure the docking settings and the appearance of AQTime environment and set the preferred style and options for all user interface elements. See User Interface Dialog. This option category is only available if AQTime is running as a standalone application.
Analysis Results	This category holds options of panels that serve for result analysis: Call Tree, Call Graph, Details, Explorer and Report. See Call Graph Panel Settings, Call Tree Panel Settings, Details Panel Settings, Explorer Panel Settings, Report Panel Settings.
Editor	Options of the Editor panel. See Editor Panel Settings.
Profilers	This category includes AQTime profiler options. Within this category the options are organized into the same group, in which the profilers are displayed in the Profilers box on AQTime’s Standard toolbar. For instance, the Allocation and Resource profiler settings belongs to the Allocation group and settings of the Platform Compliance and Sequence Diagram Link profilers belong to the Static Analysis group.
Profiling Time	This category holds panel options that you normally use during profiler runs: Event View and Monitor. See Event View Panel Settings and Monitor Panel Settings.
Services	Contains settings that are used to configure certain aspects of the AQTime user interface behavior and appearance. All the options are organized into the following groups within the category: Assistant - The options that affect the Assistant panel. See Assistant Panel Options. Disassembler - The options that let you customize the appearance and contents of the Disassembler panel. See Disassembler Panel Settings. Java Support - The options that are specific to Java application profiling. See Java Support Options Dialog. Symbols - The options that control AQTime’s access to debug information of the profiled applications. See Symbols Options Dialog.
Setup	This category holds options of panels that serve for tuning the profiling process. That is, the panels you use before you start a profiler run. Currently, this category holds options of the Setup panel. See Setup Panel Options.

Press OK to apply any changes you have made within the Options dialog.
