Why am I getting a 404 error message when trying to reach a published portal?
The following issues can lead to a 404 error message:

Why can't I see my product on the landing page?
Check the product visibility settings, see Set Product Visibility. Also, make sure you have the necessary organization-level or product-level role in the connected SwaggerHub organization.
Can I work on different devices and screen sizes?
Yes, but SwaggerHub Portal is only responsive in the consumer view.
There are plenty of supported devices and screen sizes. You can read about the documented APIs on smartphones, tablets, desktop monitors, and more. SwaggerHub Portal adjusts the screen for an optimal user experience. Responsiveness supports widths ranging from 390px to 1600px. Screens below this range will scale down to 320px. Screens above that range will scale the side margins and expand the top navigation bar to its full width.
