Generating Reports

You can customize and generate any report in Zephyr Scale Cloud quickly and without fuss.

  1. With a project open, click the Reports tab.

    A list of the reports appears.

  2. Click the report you want to generate.

    Each report requires you to fill out a set of fields and filters. The information needed for each report varies slightly, but you generally add information by typing the name of and selecting a project, specifying date ranges, and customizing filter options using drop-down lists.

  3. On the test screen, make selections for the Project and Filters options. For example:

  4. Complete the remaining options on the screen.

    These options vary based on your Filter By selection. Type in the text box, and matching values appear for easy selection.

  5. Click Generate to create the report.

You can print the report if needed. Test execution reports also have the option to export the raw data to Excel.

Create and save your custom template for reports

  1. Go to Reports tab and choose any report.

  2. Choose the report filters that suit your needs best.

  3. Click Save template.

  4. Choose the name for your template and click Save.

  5. Once your template is saved, you can reuse it by opening Choose saved template list. All your saved templates are available for you at any report across the Jira instance.
