When you are viewing Sampling profiler results, the results that are shown in the Report panel depend on the category selected in the Explorer panel: Routines, Modules or Source Files (see Sampling Profiler Results - Overview).

Note that by default, the Report panel shows only some of the available columns. You can easily add more columns to the panel. For more information on this, see Adding and Removing Columns. You can arrange the columns in the panel as you wish (you can move the columns, change their width, etc.). For more information on this, see Arranging Columns, Lines and Panels.
