Test Plans feature is an enterprise feature that never existed onlegacy Zephyr Squad. For any user moving from Scale to Squad, it will not be offered as it does not belong to the Zephyr Squad-defined segment for test management.

Yes, Zephyr Squad will be constantly looking for new ideas and suggestions from customers. To name a few, test case notifications and execution history will be added as a new feature soon.

Is it possible to revert to legacy Zephyr Squad after upgrading to new experience?

No, it's not possible to revert to the older experience once you have moved to the new experience by migrating your data.

Enhancements such as a wiki editor are a much better option than remembering the commands for rich text editing. Since new experience of Zephyr Squad relies less on Jira UI locations, the issues legacy Squad had with the user experience, have been eliminated.
