End-of-Support Policy
TestEngine versions are in the format of Major.Minor.Patch (Ex: 14.1.14100).
Each released version of TestEngine receives Active Support for one year from its initial release date. During this period, features, enhancements, bug fixes, and security patches may be released, and the version numbers incremented accordingly.
After the one-year period of Active Support, each version is then supported for an additional one year with Security Support. Releases are only made on an as-needed basis to the most current minor.patch release of a major version.
After two years from the initial release date have passed, the version reaches End of Support (EOS). SmartBear does not provide support for EOS versions, except for guidance on upgrading from an EOS version to a supported version.
