Manage Access Requests
Important
Only organization owners can manage access requests.
Grant and Deny Access
The Access Requests page in Swagger Portal allows Consumers to request access to products and organization owners to grant or deny access to a product. You can also view request details such as user type, product, and submission date.
Note
Only the consumer role can be assigned. Advanced user management needs to be carried out in Swagger Studio.
Your plan and number of seats determine how many users you can invite. Single-user plans do not support invitations. To invite others, upgrade your plan.
In the provider view home screen, click Access Request.
The Access Request page appears.
Review the list of requests and the request details in the table. Such as Name, Email, Product, User Type, and Creation Date.
Find a request.
Click Grant Access or Deny Access.
Note
If you do not have External Portal IdP enabled as part of your portal add-on, you will not be able to view Portal IdP as a user type.
Search
Use the search engine to filter requests from the list.
Requests History
To view past requests, click Requests History. The Request History page shows the request history for each users. Here, you can view the request action date and the corresponding action taken (Access Granted or Access Denied) for each users.
