Use the Tools (Actions) drop-down menu to perform various actions on the item list screen.
To access the menu, click the Tools (Actions) button on the toolbar of the item list screen.
In the menu, the following options are available:

Allows you to create additional fields for items.

| Manage Choice Lists | Allows you to change the list of items in choice lists.

| Import Items from a CSV file | Select to import a list of items from a CSV file. | ||
| Export Items (visible fields only) | Select to export the item list to an XML file. Only the field values QAComplete displays will be exported. | ||
| Export Items (all fields) | Select to export the item list to an XML file. All the available field values will be exported. | ||
| Traceability (Show Linked Items) | Shows or hides traceability links for each item. | ||
| Show Inactive Items | Click to show or hide inactive items of the item list. |
