After the test run is over, LoadComplete generates the test results and displays them in the Report panel.

The Runtime > Graphs page keeps its contents until you run the test again, until you modify the metrics on the Counters page, or until you close the project.

Detailed analysis of the runtime graphs helps you learn how the server works under load. Also, you can use these graphs to find and eliminate possible server bottlenecks. To analyze the graphs:

Use the time line shown on the Graphs page to find the moment when, as you think, the metric changes unexpectedly.
Open the Details panel of the test log.
Find and analyze the requests simulated at that moment. You can use the Time column to find the needed requests.
