Description
Most of TestComplete features are controlled by plugins and require that these plugins be enabled in TestComplete.
For example, testing web applications requires the Web Testing plugin and testing Android applications requires the Android Support plugin .
These plugins are installed and enabled automatically during TestComplete installation.
When you create a new test project using the Create New Project wizard and select the type of the application you want to test, TestComplete checks if the required plugin is enabled. If the plugin is currently disabled, TestComplete attempts to enable the plugin and load it. If TestComplete cannot enable the specified plugin, it displays this error message.
Possible Cause
The plugin file is corrupted or it was deleted from the disk.
Possible Solution
Run the TestComplete installation in the Repair mode.
