Whenever you connect to HipTest from TestComplete, the latter asks you to specify your HipTest account and password. The values you specify depend on how you sign in to HipTest:
If you created a HipTest account ...
... you use the email and password you specified for this account.
If you signed in with a GitHub or Google account ...
... you use the email of your GitHub or Google account. As for the password, you need to configure it in HipTest:

Log in to HipTest using your GitHub or Google account.

Go to your profile settings (https://app.hiptest.com/profile).

On the Profile page, change the password:

Use this password for logging in to HipTest from TestComplete.
