The Create New Project wizard lets you create a new test project in a new or existing project suite. TestComplete opens the wizard when you:

Click
New Project or 
Record Test on the Start page. -
Select File | New | New Project from the TestComplete main menu.
The wizard has the following pages:
Project Name (the first page)
Tested Application Type (available only at design time)
Windows Store Tested Applications (available only on Windows 8 and later)
