The manual testing functionality is deprecated but still available in TestComplete. While we recommend using other approaches for new tests, you can continue to create and run manual tests if needed.

The web testing events are fired only for the Internet Explorer web browser and web browsers based on the Microsoft WebBrowser control. They do not occur for the other supported browsers.

OnLogCheckpoint	Occurs when a checkpoint message is posted to the test log.
OnLogCloseNode	Occurs when the currently active parent node is closed in the test log.
OnLogCreateNode	Occurs when a parent node is created in the test log.
OnLogError	Occurs when an error message is posted to the test log.
OnLogEvent	Occurs when an event notification is posted to the test log.
OnLogFile	Occurs when a file is posted to the test log.
OnLogLink	Occurs when a reference to a file is posted to the test log.
OnLogMessage	Occurs when an informative message is posted to the test log.
OnLogPicture	Occurs when an image is posted to the test log.
OnLogWarning	Occurs when a warning message is posted to the test log.
OnOverlappingWindow	Occurs when an overlapping window appears.
OnTimeout	Occurs when a timeout expires in a project or in a project suite.
OnUnexpectedWindow	Occurs when an unexpected window appears.
OnValidate	Obsolete. Occurs when the object’s Validate method is called.

OnBeforeStep	Occurs before the next step of the manual test is performed.
OnGetNextStep	Occurs when TestComplete obtains information about the next step that is to be executed.
OnResume	Occurs when the manual test is about to be resumed.
OnStepFail	Occurs when the user clicks the Fail button in the Step Description dialog.
OnStepSkip	Occurs when the user clicks the Skip Current Step button in the Step Description dialog.
OnStepSuccess	Occurs when the user clicks the Success button in the Step Description dialog.
OnSuspend	Occurs when the manual test is about to be suspended.
OnTestStop	Occurs when the user stops the manual test.

OnNetSuiteStateChange	Occurs when the network suite’s state changes.
OnNetTaskStateChange	Occurs when a task’s state changes.
OnNetVarChange	Occurs when the value of a network suite variable is changed.

OnStopTest	Occurs when a test run is over.
