This message appears when you are trying to highlight an item in the Image Repository from the Test Visualizer panel, but TestComplete is unable to find an item in the Image Repository.
Below are some possible causes for the issue:

The Image Repository does not contain an item for the image you selected in Test Visualizer. For example, the item existed, but was deleted.

There are some differences (maybe slight differences) between the selected image and the item’s images in the Image Repository.
