We introduced a new permission for the team:manage:team scope to improve role-based access control for team management.

Fixed an issue where OAuth 2 logins could redirect over HTTP instead of HTTPS. The correct protocol is now maintained throughout the OAuth 2 workflow.

We added the OAuth 2 authentication URL to the Content Security Policy form-action directive in the PactFlow UI.

Fixed an issue where db-migrate could fail when API tokens without encrypted_value were present.
