Manage Your Data

Users can edit their username, password, and contact details in SmartBear ID (except for users with managed accounts. These users should contact their organization administrator to change their data).

Changing Your Name, Phone Number, and Company

To change the Name, Phone, and Company fields, click on My Profile in the left-hand navigation panel and then on Edit in the top right-hand corner. It brings up editable fields, as shown below:

Changing Your Password

To change your password, click on Security in the navigation panel, followed by Change:

Changing Your Email

Clicking Email in the navigation panel displays the email address associated with this SmartBear ID account. Your email address can only be changed by contacting SmartBear Support through your product's Support Request form.

Deleting Your Account

To delete your account, click the link at the bottom of the My Profile screen:
