The Ramp Sequence profile repeats the gradual increase and decrease in the number of virtual users (VUs load type) or the number of arriving virtual users (Rate load type) several times during the load test. The main purpose is to perform peak testing of your servers with “breathing” periods in between.
Depeneding on a load type, the Ramp Sequence profile has different options. See the table below to learn more:
