Common cause: ReadyAPI sent your request for a trial license to the SmartBear licensing server, however, it has not received any answer from the server, because the server is experiencing issues or there is a network malfunction.
Suggested solution: Request the trial later or contact the SmartBear Support Team.
The trial license couldn't be downloaded due to an internal error on server
Common cause: ReadyAPI sent your request for a trial license to the SmartBear licensing server, but the server is experiencing some issues and cannot respond to the request.
