Create Items From Recent Entries

In QAComplete, you can quickly create duplicate items:

  1. On the item list screen, click Add New.

  2. At the top of the Create form, there is the Auto-fill From Recent Entry drop-down list. Open it to see a list of items you have created recently.

  3. Select the item you want to use as a base for the new one.

  4. The auto-fill will load all the values from the existing item.

  5. Make the changes you need.

  6. Click Save and Close to save the changes and return to the item list screen.

    Click Submit to save the changes and return to the item list screen.
