If you are using the On-Premises edition of QAComplete, you can use system preferences to control various aspects of the application, such as email alert templates. To view the preferences, click > Setup and then select System Configuration > System Preferences in the navigation panel on the left.
To find the needed values on the System Preference page, you can use Quick Search and filters.
To edit a value, click 
Edit This Record next to it, enter a new value, and then click Submit:
