LoadComplete shows this message when you are trying to:

Navigate to a scenario operation from the test log.

Mark the expected response code of a request from the test log.
And LoadComplete fails to find the needed operation or request in the scenario.
This may happen if the scenario was changed after the test run was over or the operation was removed from the scenario.
To resolve the problem, you can find the needed operation in the scenario manually:

Open your scenario for editing. To do this, right-click the scenario in the Project Explorer panel and choose Edit from the context menu.

In the Scenario editor, find the needed operation in the Scenario Explorer. You can type part of the needed operation name in the Quick Search text box to find the operation faster.
