Log Options

Applies to LoadComplete 4.97, last modified on May 20, 2019

The options in this dialog affect the test results.

To view or change log options:

  1. Select Tools | Options from the main menu.

  2. Select General | Log from the tree displayed on the left side of the resulting Options dialog.

You can change the following options:

  • Activate after test run – If this option is selected, LoadComplete will automatically display the test log at the end of each test run.

  • Open logs in the same panel – If this option is selected, LoadComplete shows test logs in the same panel. That is, when you double-click a test log in the Project Explorer, LoadComplete does not create a new tab for the selected log, but displays this log’s results within an existing log panel. If the option is disabled, LoadComplete always displays results in a new tab.

  • Storage – These options, along with the Logging options in the Simulating | General category, can be used to limit the number of logs that LoadComplete keeps.

    • Store all logs – Keep logs of all test runs until you delete them manually.

    • Number of recent logs to keep – Limit the number of logs to keep in a LoadComplete project. LoadComplete will delete older logs automatically to clear place for new ones.

    Notes:

    • These options are ignored if the Store log data > None option is selected in the Simulating | General category.

    • You can also limit the number of logs kept by using the Store log data option.
