Unable to Activate a License on a Virtual Machine

Applies to LoadComplete 4.97, last modified on May 20, 2019

You cannot activate LoadComplete Pro licenses on virtual machines. You can activate them on physical computers only.

To run load tests in a virtual environment, you use virtual machines as workstations and use some physical computer as the License Manager PC. This approach means that you have to use a Floating User license of LoadComplete. Node-Locked licenses of LoadComplete Pro cannot be used for testing on virtual machines.
