The Failure Emulator profiler lets you check whether your application code contains lines that prevent the application from a failure. The profiler provides you with various failures that can be emulated. For example, you can emulate the situation when your application tries to access a file that is locked by another process. For each emulation type you can specify parameters in the edit failure parameters dialog. The view and name of the edit parameters dialog depend on the chosen emulation type.
Topics of this section provide information on available failure emulation types and their parameters.
