Disconnecting Users From License Manager

Sometimes you may need to disconnect users who connected to a License Manager:

  1. Go to the License Manager PC.

  2. Open the Sentinel Admin Control Center. To do this, open the http://localhost:1947 URL in a web browser (see Controlling License Manager for more information).

  3. In the Admin Control Center, click Sessions in the left-side menu. This will open the page that displays information on connected users. You can see the user name in the User column.

  4. Find the desired user in the list. If the connection list includes several pages, you may need to scroll through them by clicking « prev page and next page » buttons below the list.

  5. Select the needed user and click Disconnect in the action column (the rightmost column in the list).
