Items Property (TreeViewItem Objects)

This property is not supported in web tests (including cross-platform web tests) that use XPath expressions and CSS selectors to locate web elements. This property can be only used in tests that locate web objects by using internal identification properties provided by TestComplete.

Description

Use this property to get access to a collection of subitems of the given control’s item.

The property is applied to the following objects:

View Mode

This property is available in the Object Browser panel and in other panels and dialogs in both Basic and Advanced view modes.

Property Value

An object containing data about the descendant items of the current item.

If the item does not have child items, the Items property returns null (Nothing in VBScript, nil in DelphiScript, None in Python, null in JavaScript, JScript, C++Script and C#Script).

Remarks

To obtain a collection of top-level items of a control use the wItems property.
