wPosition Property (Specific to Flex ScrollBar and JavaFX ScrollBar Controls)

This property is not supported in web tests (including cross-platform web tests) that use XPath expressions and CSS selectors to locate web elements. This property can be only used in tests that locate web objects by using internal identification properties provided by TestComplete.

Description

Use the wPosition property to get or set the current logical position of the control’s slider. This value must be within the range wMin...wMax (bounds are included).

View Mode

This property is available in the Object Browser panel and in other panels and dialogs in both Basic and Advanced view modes.

Property Value

A value that specifies the current position of the slider.

Remarks

The wPosition property returns a double value for Flex ScrollBar controls and a float value for JavaFX ScrollBar controls.

If you try to set the value of wPosition that is less than wMin or greater than wMax, the slider position will be set equal to the wMin or the wMax value and an error message will be posted to the test log.
