The Object Browser Options dialog contains settings that affect the Object Browser and Object Spy. To open the dialog, do any of the following:

Right-click somewhere in the Object Browser or Object Spy and select Panel Options from the context menu.
Select Tools | Options from the TestComplete main menu and then choose Panels | Object Browser on the left of the subsequent Options dialog.

You can change the following options:

Minimize TestComplete - If this option is selected, TestComplete is automatically minimized when you open the Object Spy. This leaves more screen space for other applications and can make it easier to explore them. When you close the Object Spy, the TestComplete main window will be restored.
Category Order - Specifies the display order of object member categories in the Object Browser and Object Spy. Possible options:
- Default - The default category order: first, the methods and properties provided by TestComplete; then native object members.
- Ascending - The categories are displayed in ascending alphabetical order.
- Descending - The categories are displayed in descending alphabetical order.
- Custom - The categories are displayed in a custom order. To specify the desired display order, click Customize and use the subsequent Categories Sorting dialog.
Picture Pane - Specifies the position of the screenshot area in the Object Browser: Right (default), Bottom or Off (not displayed).
