TestComplete shows this message when it cannot attach a project or project suite when sending a request to our Customer Care Team via the Contact Support Team dialog.
Typically, this happens if TestComplete cannot pack the current project suite or project because some of its files are locked. To resolve this issue, you can pack your project or project suite manually and send it to our Customer Care Team via the web form:

Pack your project or project suite to an archive.

In the Contact Support Team dialog, clear the Attach an archive containing the project to my support request check box.

Click Continue. TestComplete will open the Contact Support form on the SmartBear web site in your web browser:

Specify your contact information and product information on the web page.

Click NEXT, I HAVE FILES TO UPLOAD and attach the project or project suite you have packed manually.
