TestComplete shows this message when you are adding a Xamarin.Forms application to your project and the application is not prepared for testing properly. TestComplete cannot instrument (prepare for testing) Xamarin.Forms applications automatically. You must do this manually by re-compiling your application with helper libraries provided by TestComplete.
