TestComplete displays this message when you are adding an image for some item to the Image Repository and there is another image from the current screen that is already associated with that item. TestComplete forbids the association of one more image with the item to avoid ambiguity recognition during the test run. If TestComplete allowed the association, there would be two images from the same screen associated with the item, and, during the test run, TestComplete would be unable to determine which image to use to simulate user actions on the item.
