Real users have delays between performing actions. In ReadyAPI, it is called Think time.
To change this delay, click the scenario in the Load panel and enter a new value to the Think time field of the Load target section in the Editor:

This field specifies the delay between test steps in the test case that the test is running. ReadyAPI simulates this delay between each test step for all virtual users. So, if your test has three test steps, the think time will be simulated twice.
