Your Time-limited License Has Expired

Applies to LoadComplete 4.97, last modified on May 20, 2019

If your time-limited license (Subscription or Trial) has expired, LoadComplete will show a message notifying you about it.

If you used a trial version, you can obtain a permanent license to continue using LoadComplete. If you used a commercial Subscription license, you can purchase a new license.

To purchase a new LoadComplete license, contact the SmartBear Sales department or your local SmartBear reseller.

Below is the SmartBear Sales Team contact information:

If you contact the Sales Team via the Web form, then when submitting your request, use the Technical Inquiry | Licensing request type. This will help us process your request faster. We will answer you via e-mail and all further communication will be made via e-mail. However, to start the conversation, please use the Web form.

If you already have a Perpetual LoadComplete license, the message will indicate that you have not yet activated it. The way you can do this depends on the license type:

  • If you have a Node-Locked license, click Activate.

  • If you have a Floating User license , make sure that the License Manager is available in your network and the license is activated on it, then click Try Again.

Ask your system administrator for assistance with checking if necessary. For information on resolving license-checking issues, see Fixing Typical Issues With Floating User Licenses.

If you are not sure which license type you have, contact your License Manager administrator for assistance.

To resolve licensing problems, you can use the Licensing Troubleshooter on our web site:

The troubleshooter will also help you collect information and submit a request to the SmartBear Support Team.
