License Deactivation Is Impossible

Applies to LoadComplete 4.97, last modified on May 20, 2019

The license deactivation requires that LoadComplete’s licensing management modules to be installed on the License Manager PC. That is why the license deactivation should be performed before you uninstall LoadComplete or the License Manager utility from the License Manage PC.

If the License Manager PC or the license management modules on it are not available, the deactivation is impossible. This may happen due to various reasons. For instance, the License Manager PC may be damaged or unable to start, the operating system may fail to log in, the modules may be deleted or corrupted, and so on.

If you encounter a hardware or software problem that makes the license deactivation impossible, please contact the SmartBear Sales Team.
