Before uninstalling LoadComplete, ensure that your user account has the necessary permissions.
In addition, if you are going to move LoadComplete to another computer, consider the following:

If you use LoadComplete with a Node-Locked license, then before uninstalling LoadComplete deactivate the license. For detailed information on this, see Deactivating and Moving LoadComplete Licenses. For assistance on license deactivation, contact SmartBear Sales Team.

You can export your customized LoadComplete settings to a file so that you can migrate them to a new LoadComplete installation. For more information, see Exporting and Importing Custom User Settings.
To uninstall LoadComplete:

Close LoadComplete, if it is running, as well as web browsers and any other applications that LoadComplete works with.
Note: It takes time for LoadComplete to unload its helper modules from applications. We recommend that you wait for a minute after you exit LoadComplete before you start uninstalling it. -
In the Control Panel, open Programs and Features.

Locate SmartBear LoadComplete 4 in the list and click Remove (or similar).

In the confirmation box that asks whether you want to uninstall LoadComplete, click Yes.

Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the uninstallation procedure.

If the installation folder contains files and folders that are not part of the product, the wizard will ask you whether you want to delete them as well. Click Yes to delete those files and folders. Click No to leave them.

Click Finish on the Uninstall Complete screen.
When you uninstall LoadComplete, the test projects you have created are not deleted. You can remove them manually by deleting your LoadComplete projects folder. The default folder location is as follows:
