With AQTime, you can profile COM applications of any type: in-process COM servers, out-of-process COM servers, DCOM servers, COM+ and MTS applications. When profiling COM applications you can use any of the following modes: Normal and COM Server. (See Profiling Modes.) In this tutorial we will demonstrate you how to profile an out-of-process COM server in COM server mode. In addition, you will know why you may need to profile COM logical threads and how to do this.
