When you are viewing results of the Static Analysis profiler, the Call Tree panel shows a tree-like structure of potential routine calls (if the Routine Data category is selected) or class interlinks (if the Classes Data category is selected).

Note that by default, the Call Tree panel shows all the available columns. You can easily remove columns from or add them to the panel as it is described in Adding and Removing Columns.
