This dialog appears when you select a trigger in the Setup panel and then choose Edit from the context menu. The dialog allows you to edit the name of the currently selected trigger, and also to reset its definition as on or off.
There is a further button, Advanced. This extends the dialog to let you set some attributes which are better understood by going to the About Triggers topic.
