About Objects Editor

The Objects collection’s elements represent collections of object properties that can be used in tests for comparison purposes.

The Objects editor allows viewing and modifying the list of property collections added to your project. It also allows exploring and editing the contents of stored property collections.

Here is a sample view of the Objects editor:

Opening the Editor

To open the editor, do any of the following:

  • Right-click the Stores | Objects node in the Project Explorer (if it is hidden, select View > Project Explorer from the main menu of TestComplete) and choose Edit from the context menu.

  • Double-click the Objects node in the Project Explorer.

  • In your keyword test, right-click the Object Checkpoint operation whose checkpoint data you want to modify in the editor and select Edit Checkpoint Data from the context menu.

TestComplete will show the Objects editor in the Workspace panel.
