You receive this message if the License Manager PC where the TestLeft license is hosted is not currently available, and TestLeft did not find other License Managers in the network. For example, the License Manager PC may be down, or your computer may deny access to it or other License Manager PCs.

To resolve the problem, you can use the Licensing Troubleshooter on SmartBear’s web site:

You can also try to follow recommendations provided in the License Check Problems topic and then launch TestLeft once again.
