An active maintenance subscription makes newer product versions and updates available to you.

This message indicates that the newer TestLeft version you are trying to use (not the version you’ve purchased) is not available to you because your maintenance subscription is over.

Solution

You can use previous product versions covered by your maintenance subscription. You can download them from the SmartBear Licensing Portal.

To use the version specified in the message, you need to prolong your license or purchase a new one. Please contact the SmartBear Sales Team.
